Winter Activities

The ‘Chalet Bergweide’ Black Forest holiday cottage is ideally situated close to the major ski lifts in the northern Black Forest: Unterstmatt (6 km), Seibelseckle (9 km), Mehliskopf (10 km) and Ruhestein (14 km). In addition, there is an extensive network of trails for cross-country skiers in the immediate vicinity. Some of these trails in the uplands of the northern Black Forest offer stunning views.

A snowshoe hike is a very special way to experience nature. Guided tours are also available, with snowshoe hire. Your dog will also enjoy walking with you through the winter wilderness.

Further amenities include a toboggan run and an outdoor skating rink.
